1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use the CoachBuk mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using CoachBuk, you agree to these terms. Please do not use CoachBuk if you do not agree with them.

2. What CoachBuk Provides

CoachBuk is a fitness coaching marketplace and continuity platform. It helps users discover independent coaches, manage coaching relationships, log sessions, track goals, and preserve a private fitness history across chapters.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, coaches listed on CoachBuk are independent providers. CoachBuk does not employ them, deliver their training sessions, or guarantee a particular fitness outcome.

3. Accounts And Eligibility

• Users must be at least 16 years old.
• Coaches must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised.

4. Coach Profiles And Verification

Coaches are responsible for keeping their profile, services, prices, qualifications, and availability accurate. We may review, request evidence for, reject, suspend, or remove a coach profile where information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.

5. Coaching Services

When a user chooses to work with a coach, the coach is responsible for the coaching service they provide. Users should assess whether a coach and any proposed activity are suitable for their circumstances. CoachBuk does not provide medical advice. Seek appropriate professional advice before starting an exercise programme where needed.

6. Coach Subscriptions And Website Payments

Where CoachBuk offers paid coach subscriptions or paid website services, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation route will be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. CoachBuk does not store full card details.

Any refund or cancellation right will be handled in line with the checkout terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Your Content And Privacy

You keep ownership of the content you add to CoachBuk, such as profile information, goals, chapter names, session logs, and reflections. You give CoachBuk permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Session logs, reflections, and chapter names are private by default. Sharing controls inside CoachBuk determine when another user or coach can see particular information.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use CoachBuk unlawfully or fraudulently;
• misrepresent your identity, credentials, or services;
• harass, abuse, or discriminate against another person;
• attempt to access another account or bypass security controls;
• scrape, copy, or reuse CoachBuk content or data without permission.

9. Availability And Changes

We work to keep CoachBuk available and accurate, but online services can experience interruptions. We may update the service or these terms where reasonably necessary. We will provide notice of material changes where required.

10. Suspension And Account Closure

You may request account deletion through the app. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms, safety requirements, or applicable law have been breached.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. CoachBuk is not responsible for losses caused by independent coaches or by events outside our reasonable control. Any other liability will be assessed under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws that apply where you live.
